Early registration ends 21 April 2008, while standard registration is possible until a week before the conference (16 June 2008). After this date, only on-site registration will be available. The registration desk for on-site registration will be in the lobby of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. The hours for on-site registration will be:

  • Monday 23 June 2008: 9 am - 10 am
  • Tuesday 24 June 2008: 8 am - 9 am
  • Wednesday 25 June 2008: 8 am - 9 am

 

Registration fees

 

  • The registration fee includes: morning and afternoon coffee breaks and refreshments, lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, conference dinner on Tuesday, a conference bag with a hard copy and CD-rom of the conference proceedings, entrance to all sessions and exhibits, and use of ICT facilities.
  • The registration fee does not include hotel and transportation costs. Conference participants have to arrange their own travelling and hotel accommodation.
  • The registration fee does not include the guided tour including dinner of Monday evening 23 June 2008. The additional fee for the guided tour including dinner is € 60 (approx. £ 43).
  • The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. Conference participants are advised to organise travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.
  • There is a possibility for partners/spouses of delegates to join the social activities. The fee for the guided tour including dinner on Monday 23 June 2008 for partners/spouses is € 60 (approx. £ 43). The fee for the conference dinner on Tuesday 24 June 2008 for partners/spouses is € 80 (approx. £ 58). Please indicate on the registration form whether your partner or spouse plans to attend the social activities.

Terms of payment

 

Upon receiving your registration form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email within five working days. Then, we will issue an invoice. The registration fee must be paid once you have received this. Payment is possible by bank transfer or cheque. You will not be officially registered for the conference until the payment has been received.

 

For bank transfers, please be sure that all bank processing costs are paid by the remitter and the full amount is paid in the recipient’s account; the organisers will not cover any transfer fees.

 

If paying by cheque, please make payable to “Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School”. Please indicate the invoice number and delegate name on the cheque.

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Inge Degraeve by e-mail (inge.degraeve@vlerick.be) or fax (+ 32 9 210 97 57). Depending on the moment of cancellation, an administrative fee (a particular percentage) will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Any refunds will be processed after the conference.
